### 1 Comment. ### Linking Quickly has to be the critical element in capturing information from on-the-job training. I find that I can't link fast enough. Sometimes I can't even get the gist of what my trainer is saying, because I am thinking about the application steps or trying to encode what he has said a minute prior. Getting speed+accuracy (fluency) in encoding would be a terrific help to me in OJT. Any insights? -- Anonymous 2010-02-07 02:17 UTC
