New game: Piecepack Mailroom

I've posted another game in the Files/Rulesets section. It's called 
Piecepack Mailroom. It's a game of dexterity for any number of 
players, but the players play in pairs. You essentially sort your 
coins in the order shown by the tiles. Details are in the rules.
