Games beginning with 'C', etc.

First, let me say thanks to Mark Biggar for his excellent summary a
couple of days ago of flicking rules from Crokinole, Carabande,
Carrom, and probably other games that begin with 'C'.  I had a Croquet
question for Mark, but while typing it in, I clarified it to the point
that I could answer it myself.  :-)

The Castle Croquetnole rules are boiling down from the Carroll
material rather nicely.  We have playtested the rules a few times, I
think I know where most of the major holes are now, and I am busily
patching them.  Expect to see a first public release of the ruleset
within a few days.

Note to Phillip L. and Mark B.: I have not forgotten that I promised
to give more feedback on your games.  I'll try to do that in between
working on my game (ahem, and whatever game or games we may or may not
be working on for the competition, tweedle dee dee...)
