David's Advanced Coins update

I have uploaded a pdf readme file containing a much more extensive 
explanation of my Advanced Coin concept. It's in the Piecepack 
Accessories folder. I have also resized the coins in my own pdf file 
to print 7/8" from the pdf file itself, but I have not uploaded 
those files. In fact, I have deleted all but the readme from the 
piecepack accessories folder. I wanted to make sure I didn't take up 
any more space than necessary, because I want to ensure there's 
plenty of space for the excellent JCD set, which is more relevant to 
the group anyway. 

The readme file should give you all the information you need to get 
an idea of my concept. I plan to remove the readme file sometime 
next week unless someone requests I leave it up.

I'll try to arrange some method of getting the files to any 
interested parties.
