After a test run on swiki.net, the Patterns of Game Design Wiki has moved to:

A wiki is a kind of web site that anyone can edit with only a web browser.  
This will allow us to collaborativly record the good ideas game design, and, 
hopefully, transform them into a pattern language that offers solutions to 
game design problems.  This wiki doesn't require login, so you can try it out 
without regsitration.

Huge kudos to Ron Hale-Evans, who not only offered to host it on his web 
server, but single handedly did a copy and edit on every page to move it 
over, while I was either sleeping or at work.
