I'll publically post that I also ordered from IcePack games a couple of 
months ago.  I did publically post here that I was having problems with my order, 
and the owner also posted that he was in the process of resolving his orders.  
He did eventually send the product, though not exactly in perfect condition.  
He never did send the "gift" he promised.
