Rulesets in progress

I know everyone here is probably all prickly with anticipation as Rob
finishes the History Repeats Itself contest judging. I know I look
forward to the new games when they are revealed. But as a little
warm-up, has anyone tried any of the games in the "Rulesets in
progress" file area? I've played Tula a few times, including a couple
times with alternate set-ups. I'd like to try both Castles and Tariffs
as well when I can find others to play with. Any impressions on these
and others?
