Hi Phillip,

For Mac OS9, I recommend Print2PDF as a cheap ($20 shareware) and 
very easy way to create PDFs:
http://www.jwwalker.com/pages/pdf.html

If you have Mac OSX, I will mention just in case you missed it; PDF 
creation is built-in to the OS.  Just click the "Save as PDF..." 
button from any print dialog.
