Tried the game, lost (-$5), but it was a lot of fun.  I think I
used the ferrys to much.  Obviously an optimally played game would 
only need 1 maybe 2 ferry trips.

One rule question though.  When placing new goods, I rolled all
4 dice and then placed a random coin on the cities corresponding
to the color and value of each die.  Is that correct?  The rules
are a little unclear and an example would help a lot.
