The way it handled on the wiki is that the Games list page has
"Designer/Adaptor" as the column head and then has "<designer name>/<adaptor nam>" as apporpriate in the column.  See the entry for "Evade".  And yeah,
I think that Alex Randolpf's name should appear on the www.piecepack.org
page along with mine.
