New Game

This is a notification that I have added a new game to the Rules in
Progress section of the files. The game is called Berkeet, and is an
abstract battle game. Each player starts with four soldiers and one
general. The game has been play-tested only lightly so far. Any
comments will be appreciated. Thanks.
