Thanks, Mark. I was going to bring this to everyone's attention, but
didn't want to be a pain. In any case, the boilerplate reads

so games released under version 1.1 are still covered under 1.2.

The former URL still works for me, and displays version 1.2, not 1.1.

She can't; she doesn't have the legal right to. Only the copyright
holder can determine the licensing terms for a document.
