Have you changed your e-mail address sense you uploaded the file.  I have 
found that even if you don't change your Yahoo ID name, changing
somethings about your Yahoo groups profile can prevent you from
deleting things you uploaded.  The last time I had this problem, I had
to temporarily change my e-mail address back before it would let me
delete the file I wanted to.
