Mr. Bungles was a character in a short film in the "The Pee-wee Herman
Show".  Mr. Bungles was always held up as the example of what not to do,
like not washing your hands or combing your hair.  It sounds extra lame
describing it, but it was actually pretty funny.

The show came out in 1981.  I didn't realize until I looked it up that I was
referencing a 23 year old show.
