That depends on what you mean by "full set". :)  If you mean "owning 
exactly 4 stashes", then I think you may be correct.  But I 
personally, and a number of people I know, own all 9 stashes--and I 
have a buddy who's a Lab Rabbit, and owns the 10th color as well.
