I am not sure that's a distinction that really matters. I just rank it for the overall concept.

I don't think it would be sensible to list individual piecepack games, because so many of them are half-baked, so they'd just clog up the database. For me, the wiki is the bset place to discuss individual piecepack games.

For me the piecepack is a perfect 10.
