Thanks to Piecehead, CW 1.5 is posted, Diagram added, and 
Appointments Clarrifed. 

I did consider having a point system for the Appointments, but in 
the intrest of simplicity, I decided not to implement it. Perhaps I 
will add this later as a variaton.
