New Game "Cube" in Rulesets in Progress

My 6th game for 2004 "Cube" is now in the Rulesets in Progress 
Folder.  Schedule and Computer concerns for this month caused the 
release date to occur sooner. Cube boards I frequent discussed 
having a CUBE game, so I decided to make Cube my next release (As 
opposed to previous posts here). As always, I welcome all feedback 
and will incorporate the feedback in future 'test' versions. 

Cube is based on and inspired by the motion picture of the same name.
