First I want to congratulate the winners and runner ups!
Good Job!!
I also want to welcome the new authors into the piecepack family, we are
honored to have you among us! :-)
It was a pleasure to work with Clark on this contest and I hope that the
rest of it goes as smoothly. As listed in the original contest post (excerpt
below) the wrap up is underway.
I would be very appreciative if all authors could resubmit their games
(after any changes are made) so I can get them posted to the piecepack.org
site and so that I can incorporate them into the MG CD as stated below.
Piecepack.org was designed to be thee central repository for all things
piecepack and is impartially maintained by the staff of Mesomorph Games on a
volunteer basis.
Below is taken from original announcement with one additional note added
today as noted.
_______________________________________
WRAP UP
12. In tandem with the announcement of the winning
submission the Judge will send feed back on all entries
to the Mediator who will send a copy of this feedback
to each of the Authors.
* Authors are strongly encouraged to make any revisions
to their rule set(s) based on this or other feedback
they have received since submitting the entry and
then send an updated version to the Mediator (See #9
above.)
* If the Authors wish not to make any changes, then the
Submitting Author should send a note to the contest
Mediator stating such and give permission to post the
ruleset "as submitted".
[please resubmit due to computer problems I've had today - KB 10/19]
* Authors are strongly encouraged to get the final
version returned to the contest Mediator as soon as
possible after the winning entry is announced.
13. Following the close of the competition, after each
group of Authors either gives permission to post their
rule set "as submitted" or sends in an updated version
of their rule sets (see above), submitted games will be
added to the Games Page of the www.piecepack.org site
by the Mediator within 24 hours for inclusion in
various commercially produced CD-ROM collections and
the components thereof.

Sorry this was not posted immediately following Clark's post, I had to leave
the office briefly.
