Tiles with rounded corners?

I've had this idea for the past month, but not seen a place to
implement it until I read the "Easy Slider" ruleset on the Piecepack
Wiki. Has anyone tried to make a piecepack whose tiles have rounded
corners, to make sliding easier? Naturally, the four squares on the
back of each tile would also have to have rounded corners.

Note my new email address. Due to a recent accident, I just moved
back to the town where I grew up, which means I had to change
