When I was a newcomer, I also made the mistake of ordering from  Toren.  It 
took about a month and a half to get the set with multiple  emails to him, and 
finally a public one like you just wrote complaining to the  group.  After the 
public email, I had my set within a week.  There was  supposed to be a 
special "extra" included so that he could make up for not  shipping it more 
promptly, however, I never received that.  Also, when I  wrote my public complaint, 
there were several others who expressed their  frustration over the same problem 
with their orders.
