Wow, been a little while since I visited this thread.

A lot of these proposed rating schemes seem really heavy handed and,
well, Orwellian...

Here's a question:

Given that the piecepack is in the public domain and there is no
official body that "owns" it, _who_ exactly is going to be doing all
this rating?

And who is going to make it stick?
