It looks like you were on the right-hand side of the board when you
wrote this. So if by "up or over" you mean East, Northeast, or
Southeast, then no, you can't move in those directions from the
right-hand edge; the board doesn't wrap.

If you mean something different, Aaron <acdalton@...> is
definitely the man to talk to.
