year-old port

Ok, I posted a port of Parchisi (called Piece-chisi) to the wiki about a year ago but I just
noticed that it finally got added to the main game-list at piecepack.org.  If I hadn't already
published it at the wiki I probably would have entered it in the recent contest.  (usually I am a
day late and a dollar short, in this case I was too early!)

Actually, I had given up on it ever showing up on the official list, but I am happy that it finally 
made it.
