Blue Panther Tile Replacement Policy and Special Offer for current customers

To all: 

There have been graphic registration issues in the past.  We have largely 
solved them by changing the way we do the backs. 

If anyone has ordered a set from us and has any specific parts that they 
feel need to be replaced due to registration issues, we will replace them 
free of charge on oak and birch.  The full size parts will look quite good, 
the older style travel size is better but still not as good as the new 
backs.   If you do need specific pieces replaced, specify material, size, 
which suit and number, and also, the old style (with a circle in the middle) 
or the new style (lines across the back)and we will replace them at no 
charge to you.  Send your list to me directly steve@.... 

There is no official "trade-up" policy at Blue Panther.  However, the 
piecepack group has been a very loyal and patient group with us, so we would 
offer the following.   If you have ever ordered any piecepack set from us in 
the past, you can take $5 off the price of any plastic piecepack set you 
order from us, up to a limit of three plastic sets.  If you want to take 
advantage of this offer, send an email to me directly 
(steve@...) before you order, and I will mail you 
instructions on how to get the discount.   This is only valid for people who 
have already ordered from us in the past (orders placed before 3/26).
