I wouldn't worry about piecepack as it is possible to create your own versions. Only the Icehouse pieces will have problems because they must be bought. However - as the Nocturne expansion is including rules from Andrew Looney (http://paizo.com/titanicGames/v5748btpy7y10) - there may be some negotiation happening to make the licensing more compatible between the two games.
Then again, there may not. But who know?
