I think the review contest is an excellent idea to promote the
piecepacksystem for people who are not familiar with the idea of
piecepack. However, I think this will work in the long run. My ideas
for making an extra "unfinished category" are just meant to be adding
more games to the evergrowing list in the meantime.
I'm thinking about writing a review myself, but I'm still working on a
paper version of the gameparts (it's very hard to get a piecepack game
here in the Netherlands). As soon as it's finished and I've made up my
mind about what game(s) I'd like to review, I'll let you know :)
