2 new piecepack games "Ahoy, Matey!" and "Shove piecepack"

I've just uploaded two new games into the files section (rulesets in
progress), and also onto the wiki.
"Ahoy, Matey!" is a rip-roaring pirate game. A port and adaptation of
Scott Peterson's "Pirateer".
"Shove piecepack" is a version of a traditional olde English pub game
"Shove Ha'penny". It introduces a new piecepack skill, the 'shove'.
