That would be legal only if the copyrighht holder explicitly grants
license to do so with that work.
Ideally, the license conditions would also grant permission to
redistribute modified and for any fee — that is, make it free culture
like PiecePack itself.
Can someone correspond directly with the copyright holder of that
game, to obtain explicit grant of license under free culture
conditions? Granting conditions such as Artistic License 2.0, or
CC-By-SA 4.0, or similar free license terms?
