= Crossword Lexicon = **BGG**: http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/3360/crossword-lexicon Word card game system from the 1930s with official rules for three different games. Unlike the Rainbow Deck and most recent word games like Scrabble, which have low values for common letters and high values for rare ones (E=1, Z=10, etc.), Lexicon has just the reverse (E=10, Z=2, etc.). However, most Lexicon games that rely on letter values can probably be ported to the Rainbow Deck by playing for a low score instead of a high one, subtracting the Lexicon value from 11 (E = 11-10 = 1), or some other such expedients. See also this website, which has rules for about 15 other games with Lexicon cards: http://chunkywizard.sitesled.com/lexicon/ --RonHaleEvans
