(the only deviations were that I bluffed with my 0 on Earl Grey and Alex bluffed on Albino). Cue Laughter. In the second round, Alex successfully screwed my 2-bet horse, giving him a 1000-350 lead. In the third round, Alex started out placing bets on the same horses I bet on, in an attempt to get the same score as me and win with his lead going in. Our bets were similar but he put his double bet on Nougat, who didn't place, and I put mine on Earl Grey, who came in 3rd and was also the pace horse.
