A new version of this game that has corrected play mats as well 
as some editing for clarity is in the rulesets folder.

Thanks to Mike and Clark for their input.

If anyone does try the game, the movement of wagons as well as 
the upgrades to medium and large wagons are elements that 
have not been playtested, so feel free to experiment with the 
numbers if you find them unsatisfactory.

Amazing that the group has been so active this Decemeber 
compared with last year...
