As I understand it, the original purpose was to be a 
game system, like playing cards, that could be used in 
many games.  Whether those games are new or old makes 
very little difference to me, in terms of the 
piecepack purpose.

Now, since I enjoy game design and seeing new designs, 
I am in practice more in favor of the new works ;^)
