I am not sure I fully understand the problem you have with this
contest rule.
As the judge of the latest contest I would like to make an effort to
try and understand, as I would hate for this to be revisited in
January.
How about if i ask a question that may look at this in a different
way:
How, in your opinion, does Pharaoh's Heir not comply with this
rule?
