### 11 Comments. ### This looks fun. Go, Jessica, go! -- [http://ron.ludism.org RonHaleEvans] 2018-02-25 07:07 UTC ---- I've posted a notice and link to the Facebook group. -- [http://ron.ludism.org RonHaleEvans] 2018-02-25 07:10 UTC ---- (thinking) I haven't tried this game yet, but have you considered coins instead of tiles as more of a challenge? -- [http://ron.ludism.org RonHaleEvans] 2018-02-25 08:29 UTC ---- I should probably shut up until I try it with tiles! :) -- [http://ron.ludism.org RonHaleEvans] 2018-02-25 18:18 UTC ---- What about coins AND tiles AND pawns! Check out the new version. -- Jessica_Eccles 2018-02-26 12:14 UTC ---- I like it! -- [http://ron.ludism.org RonHaleEvans] 2018-02-26 15:26 UTC ---- Possible places to clarify rules: * I assume people are not allowed to "straighten" a tower before putting a new piece on it and could even intentionally put pieces askew to make it harder for other players to add on it? * I assume if someone knocks down a tower very early the rule is to leave one tile for the foundation and take the rest of the pieces (assuming the that number of pieces is less than four). What if the the number of players involved is even and the number of pieces is odd (i.e. does one player get penalized more than the other)? * I assume it is a penalty of four pieces to **each** player involved for **each** tower knocked down (if more than one tower knocked down)? What if a tower is only partially knocked down, do you leave the part still standing up or do you demolish it down to one base tile (and what if leaving it up results in fewer than 4 pieces per player involved)? -- TrevorLDavis 2018-02-26 19:34 UTC ---- Thanks for your comments. I have added some clarifications to the rules. -- Jessica_Eccles 2018-02-27 11:41 UTC ---- From [[Tim Schutz]] on Facebook: Question about Speedy Towers. In a 3 player game do you only start with 2 bases and everything is stacked on these 2 bases? Are tiles and coins being stacked on top of each other on top of the 2 bases? all 3 players can place on either of the 2 towers/bases at any time? -- [http://ron.ludism.org RonHaleEvans] 2018-07-21 18:58 UTC ---- TrevorLDavis responded on Facebook: For a definite answer you'll need to ask Ms. Eccles who is not on Facebook but my personable interpretation of the most recent version of the rules would be a yes for all three of those questions. -- [http://ron.ludism.org RonHaleEvans] 2018-07-21 19:01 UTC ---- I can confirm that TrevorLDavis's answer is correct. -- Jessica_Eccles 2018-07-22 01:35 UTC
