You don't need 12 pages for the rules to your game; you can probably describe them in one or two. If you are going to persist with this theme-heavy structure, you need a game that's equally ambitious -- Advanced Squad Leader leaps to mind -- but I can't recommend that for your first outing in game design. Also, rules are meant to convey to the reader **how to play**. Please organize them, write them in plain English, and enough with the ALL CAPS TEXT, okay?
