### 2 Comments. ### It's a shame you posted your game in between ["Competitions"], otherwise your game would likely have gotten a closer look and more playtesting. I've taken a quick look at the rules. As someone who a couple of years ago lost a non-trivial amount of sleep playing [https://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/ftl-faster-than-light FTL: Faster Than Light], I like the theme a lot and it looks like you took great care in trying to have interesting trade-offs for the captain to make. Some minor nitpicks: # While it's great you included some "cheat sheets" (which a complex game like this really needs) it would be better if they could be formatted so each cheat sheet takes exactly half the page (so you can easily get two cheat sheets by cutting the page in half). # In the "Special Powers" section you refer to four colors: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow but the "standard" piecepack colors are Red, Blue, Black and Green/Yellow. # Although a difficulty I face in my own writing, you sometimes refer to concepts before they are mentioned/defined e.g. you use "power token" before it is defined (and it may reduce confusion to call it instead a power "coin" instead of "token" just like you have a status "tile" instead of status "token"). -- TrevorLDavis 2020-12-09 23:18 UTC ---- Hey, I'm going to take another look at this one. -- [http://www.ludism.org/tinfoil/HomePage RonHaleEvans] 2020-12-10 00:53 UTC
